At Floral Philosophy, we strive to provide you with the highest quality floral arrangements for your events and homes. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our comprehensive refunds and returns policy below.

1. Return and Refund Eligibility

1.1 Perishable Products: Due to the nature of our products, all sales of fresh flowers and floral arrangements are final. We cannot accept returns however, if a product arrives in poor condition, a partial refund may be granted. Please email a photo of your arrangement to our support team at info.floralphilosophy@gmail.com and include your order number.

1.2 Non-Perishable Products: Non-perishable items, such as vases, accessories, and other related products, may be eligible for return within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

2. Return Process

2.1 Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info.floralphilosophy@gmail.com. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2.2 Return Authorization: Upon receiving your return request, our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and return instructions, if applicable.

2.3 Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning non-perishable items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Refund Process

3.1 Refund Approval: Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3.2 Refund Method: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

3.3 Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

4.1 Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective product.

4.2 Resolution: We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, store credit, or a refund, as appropriate.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable products such as fresh flowers and floral arrangements.
  • Gift cards.
  • Custom or personalized items.
